Jugend hackt Event Berlin 2025

The Jugend hackt event promises an exciting weekend full of creativity, technology, and community! Together with other participants, you’ll develop project ideas and put them into action right away! This year, our theme revolves around one big question: How can we make education more open and inclusive in the future?

Whether you love coding, tinkering, or dreaming up ideas for a better future, you’ll find the tools and support you need here. With the help of our amazing volunteer mentors and your project team, you can turn your ideas into reality.

And since it’s Halloween on Friday, you can look forward to a few spooky surprises! 👻

When: Friday, October 31 to Sunday, November 2, 2025
Where: Theater an der Parkaue, Berlin

• Accommodation: If you need to travel to attend, there’s an option to stay at a hostel.
• Costs: Since this event is sponsored, participation, including meals and accomondation, is free. However, it’s essential that you commit to attending and avoid canceling last minute (except for important reasons), as this could prevent someone else from participating. Also, we’d be thrilled if you or your parents could make a donation to support the project.
• Accessibility: If you’d like to join but can’t afford the travel costs, please mention this in the registration form’s free-text field. We can cover travel expenses if necessary, and your request will be handled confidentially.

Berlin Hackday 2025

The Hackday offers open sessions and workshops on technology, making, and programming – perfect for getting into the flow before the main event, discovering new skills, or trying out Jugend hackt for the first time. More information about the workshops will follow soon – stay tuned!

Sign up now – you can sign up only for the event or both, the event and the hackday. We’re excited to see you and hear your ideas! If you want to sign up only for the hackday, please use this link.

We usually receive more registrations than we have available spots. If you’d like to participate, take some time to thoughtfully answer the questions in the registration form. We will confirm spots in a staggered manner to accommodate late but motivated registrations. Emails will be sent out mid-month until the event. If you need confirmation by a specific date due to other commitments, please let us know in the open field.
